GREEK TZATZIKI

INGREDIENTS

  • 225g Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chopped Groots Dill

  • 5 leaves of Mint Groots

  • 2 tablespoons EVOO

  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. We cut the cucumber into small squares and reserve it.

  2. Pour into a chopper add the Greek yogurt, the EVOO and the lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Add the garlic, dill leaves, meta, salt and pepper and blend.

  4. We pour it into a container and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour.

  5. Serve with Greek bread.
