DAILY CRUNCH MEZCLUM AND ORANGE SALAD
1 pack Daily Crunch Groots
1 orange or 2 tangerines
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of orange juice
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and ground pepper to taste
We wash and drain the leaves of the daily crunch well and put them in a plate / salad bowl.
Add the orange segments and the avocado cut into pieces.
We put walnuts and some Parmesan lakes on top.
Dressing: we mix all the necessary ingredients in a glass and pour it into the salad when we go to eat it.
