  • 1 large sweet potato

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

  • Oregano Groots

  1. Peel and slice the sweet potato into thin slices.

  2. We put it in a bowl and fill it with water.

  3. Add a pinch of salt and spices to taste, and mix well.

  4. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Strain the water and put the sweet potato slices on the absorbent paper.

  6. We put them on a flat plate and we take them for 5 to 8 minutes in the microwave until they are crisp. ⁠

  7. We add a pinch of salt, and voila! You can also make the sweet version with cinnamon.
