The oak leaf has a purple color that makes it blend very well with other lettuces, but it's not just visual! Having a softer leaf than the Roman or iceberg, both in texture and in flavor, gives the salad a very interesting touch. It contains several vitamins of the B group, in only 100 g it provides the necessary daily recommended amount of vitamin A. It also has vitamins C, E, and K; and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium. In short, we are fans.
